I am not lying- life with chronic illness can be tough, it can be hard not to want to give up. When you are chronically ill sometimes you can not seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My advice to those with a chronic illness is to do what you love, live your life to the fullest and do not ever, ever let your illness define you.
Things I do to cheer myself up are: scrapbooking, writing, reading, listen to music, watch comedy movies, cuddle my cats and spend time with family and friends.
I know that it is hard to do things when you are not feeling well but I find when I am sitting around feeling sorry for myself I get depressed. So on the days I can't get out of bed I read, I write blog posts or I watch a movie.
One thing that is very important is to keep fighting even when it is hard so keep fighting my friends
Hugs,
Rachae;
