- I get a early night the night before because I don't sleep well so the more time in bed the better!
- I take salt tablets in the morning to stop me being dizzy
- I always have pain killers, in case I need them. I usually take them 2 times a day
- I lay down at lunch time even if I just lay there it helps. I often sleep- I would ask your school if this is possible
- I do every worksheet and assignment as soon as I get it and I am able. If I leave it till the last minute I may not be well enough to do it.
- If I need help I ask for it.
